"Terrible experience with homeowners policy. Had policy for 13 days and received phone call stating policy would be dropped within first month with no claim filed. Had a friend with a bad experience as well due to filing 1 claim after 2 years of policy and was then dropped. After knowing this, I still gave them a chance and within 13 days of coverage, 100% disappointment. Never will be using state farm again! Insurance is a fraud, want to charge you outrageous rates but dont want to cover you for a "risk"."

"I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years, and unfortunately my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Over the past year I had to spend an excessive amount of time fighting through my roof shingle replacement claim. Now, with what should have been a simple windshield claim on my 2024 vehicle, I am again having to make multiple calls and advocate for proper OEM parts and required safety system calibration. I have already spent over an hour trying to get something resolved that should have been straightforward. And right now I've been on hold for over 20 minutes with the number they referred me to contact, again very disappointing. It is frustrating that the local office cannot assist with claim decisions and that I am redirected to other departments to push for what I believe is reasonable and safety-related coverage. After decades of loyalty, I expected a smoother and more customer-focused experience. That said, I do want to recognize Harmony at the Athens office. She was quick, professional, and responsive in her communication. My dissatisfaction is not with her service — she handled her part well. However, the overall claims experience has caused me to seriously reconsider whether I should continue with State Farm. I am currently evaluating other options."

"We have had State Farm car insurance for years out of state. We transferred to AL in May with Brody's office. Keeping the same coverage, our premiums were cut on half )dueainky to high coats in previous state). We just went back in and worked with Jake to transfer our renter's insurance from another company. Keeping same or better coverage we dropped from over 600 (including hurricane and flood) to about 150. Wind is still included as is flood along with other coverage we didn't have. Jake also helped us adjust the car coverage to better meet our desires with lower deductibles. Knowledgeable and friendly."

"So far the service has been great. I had the highest coverage with Progressive, but it was expensive. Mark from Brody Jackson-State Farm Insurance contacted me and offered a slightly better coverage for about $100 less every month. Outstanding service, 0 complaints."

"Just had a very unprofessional and rude conversation with, Kayla, in Brodie Jackson's office. I called Brodie's office on Thurs 12/26 to discuss a question about my insurance coverage. He was not in the office. The lady that answered on Thurs, couldn't answer the question, put me on hold, came back online and said no one could answer the question at that time and they would have to contact the underwriters. She said they would call me back. Monday 12/30. I called Brodie's office. Again, he is not in the office. Asked when he would be in, even questioned if was ever in the office. Kayla gave a little chuckle and wanted to know if she could help me. I told her I was waiting for a response concerning the questions I had about my coverage. She asked who I spoke with. I told her it was either her or one of the other ladies in the office on Thurs. She said it was not her and needed to know who it was I spoke with in order to help me. I stated she should be able to find out who it was, as she works in the office with them. She chuckled and said she couldn't and wanted me to go through the questions I had with her again. I asked her to have Brodie call me when he returned to the office. She said she needed to know what it was in reference to. I said, "Ask the girl I spoke with on Thurs." She chuckled and said she couldn't as she didn't know who I spoke with. This conversation was extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, and projects an obviously incompetent office staff."
